Question 3

What is Arrango (KVSARRANGO) and what problem does it solve?

Accepted Answer

Founded in June 2026 and currently operating at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Delhi Cantt, India, Arrango (KVSARRANGO) is the official AI-era daily teacher substitution and smartboard timetable platform. Historically, KVS schools relied on manual paper notices pinned across hallways (causing wall damage and corridor congestion) and teachers spent 30 minutes to 1 hour daily on Excel spreadsheets. With the Arrango Gen feature, teachers input daily attendance status (Present, Absent, On Duty) with a single click to generate optimized schedules displayed directly on classroom smartboards, cutting scheduling time from 1 hour down to 5 minutes.

Accepted Answer

Arrango is a fully legal, official KVS-partnered platform structured under proper KVS guidelines. It is 100% free of cost for all Kendriya Vidyalaya schools across India, with an active ambition to roll out to every KVS school nationwide before December 2027 (private schools will use a low-cost subscription model). Technically, it uses Firebase Hosting, global Cloudflare servers (powered by Cloudflare, not Google), domain infrastructure secured via official partnership with Meta, and a proprietary custom database architecture (Arrango DB) with banking-level security.
